Nick Kyrgios Commentator: Love Him or Hate Him, Hed Be Must-See TV.

That Nick Kyrgios, he sure is somethin’ else! I seen him on the TV the other day, playin’ that tennis game. Boy, he’s got a mouth on him! Heard he’s gonna be a commentator now, talkin’ ’bout the game instead of playin’.

He used to play, you know. Against that Nadal fella. They didn’t get along, no sir. Heard Nick say he aimed the ball right at him! Wouldn’t apologize neither. Stubborn as a mule, that one.

But then he’s playin’ with that Djokovic, who he used to fight with too. Now they’re friends, or so they say. Gonna play doubles together. Double trouble, I reckon! They gonna play in December, get ready for that big Australian Open thing. Nick, he got hurt, so he’s usin’ some special way to get in.

He ain’t been playin’ much, that Nick Kyrgios. Been talkin’ on the TV instead, for them fancy channels like ESPN and Eurosport. Talkin’ ’bout tennis, bein’ a commentator. Some folks love him, some folks can’t stand him. He’s like that, always stirrin’ the pot.

• Some say he ain’t got good behavior.

Me? I don’t know what to think. He’s entertainin’, I’ll give him that. But sometimes, he just goes too far. He said somethin’ about that Sinner boy, another tennis player. People told him to “give it a rest.” Whatever that means. He talks too much sometimes. Makes people angry. Always sayin’ somethin’ he shouldn’t. Reminds me of my old rooster, always crowin’ about somethin’.

Folks always watchin’ him though, that Nick Kyrgios. Even them old tennis players, McEnroe and Cash, they talk about him. He’s a showman, they say. Puts on a show, even if it’s a bad one. Gets people riled up, that’s for sure. You either love that boy or you hate him, there ain’t no in between. Like black or white, night or day.

He’s been playin’ for years, been a big deal in that tennis world. Now his playin’ days might be over for the year, maybe forever. I don’t know. He’s just… well, he’s Nick Kyrgios. There ain’t no other word for him. Makes folks talk. Makes folks watch. He sure is a topic. People love talkin’ about him. Either good or bad. Mostly bad, if you ask me.

Heard some folks say they can’t hate him. I don’t get that. He’s always sayin’ mean things. How can you not be mad at that? I guess some folks just like that kind of thing. I don’t know. I don’t like bad behavior. No, sir.

Now he’s gonna be a commentator, talkin’ on the TV. Gonna be tellin’ everyone what he thinks about the game. I reckon he’ll have plenty to say. He always does. He’s good at talkin’, that’s for sure. But will he be any good at talkin’ about tennis? We’ll see. I guess we’ll all be watchin’. Just like we always do. It’s like, you can’t look away. A train wreck, some might say.

He’s gonna do better in them Grand Slam things, whatever those are. Big tournaments, I think. He’s gonna try to win more, now that he’s a commentator. Maybe he thinks talkin’ about it will help him play better. Who knows what goes on in that head of his. He sure likes attention, that’s for sure. Always in the news, doin’ somethin’ or sayin’ somethin’ crazy. He probably wants to be the best, like everyone else.

I don’t know if he will be a good commentator or not. But he will be watchin’. I’ll be watchin’. Everyone will be watchin’. Just to see what that Nick Kyrgios is gonna say next. That’s all anyone cares about, ain’t it? What that boy is gonna do or say next. It’s like a soap opera, I swear. He just better watch his mouth. That’s all I gotta say. He better watch his mouth, or he’ll get in trouble again. He is lucky that he can be a commentator. Most people don’t get those kind of chances.

He better be a bit respectful now. He is a commentator. He got a job to do. People are watchin’. He better not mess it up. He better be good. Or at least, try to be good. That’s all anyone can ask for. Right? Just do your best. Be respectful. Don’t be rude. It ain’t that hard, is it? Just be nice. I guess we will see if Nick Kyrgios can be a good commentator. We will see.
