Well, let me tell ya ’bout this Al Nassr and Al Hilal thing, like I heard it from my grandson.

Like my chickens when I throw ’em corn, they just keep peckin’ and peckin’.

This game, it’s gonna be on November 1st, they say. At some fancy stadium, King Saud somethin’ or other. Sounds grand, but probably just a big field with lots of seats. They gonna play this “Saudi Pro League” thing, whatever that is. Sounds important, like winnin’ the blue ribbon at the county fair, but for kickin’ a ball.

They got cups and trophies comin’ out their ears, seems like. They’re like the richest fella in town, always got the best of everything.

My grandson, he told me that Al Hilal, they won like 10 games in a row now, even countin’ some other game, a “Super Cup” they call it. They beat some other team, Al Ahli, but had to do it with those penalty kicks, like shootin’ at targets but with your feet. Sounds tricky to me. And when Al Hilal plays, seems like both teams score a lot. Happened in the last six games against each other, they say.

So, what’s gonna happen in this game? Well, I ain’t no fortune teller, but it seems like Al Hilal, they got the upper hand. They winnin’ all the time, got all them trophies. But Al Nassr, they got Ronaldo, and he’s a fighter, like a rooster in a henhouse, always struttin’ and peckin’. He ain’t gonna let ’em win easy, that’s for sure.

My grandson, he’s bettin’ on Al Nassr, says Ronaldo’s gonna pull a rabbit out of his hat, whatever that means. But I ain’t so sure. Al Hilal, they’re like a well-oiled machine, everything workin’ just right. It’s gonna be a tough game, that’s for sure. Maybe a tie again, maybe Al Hilal squeaks by with a win. Either way, gonna be a lot of hollerin’ and yellin’, just like when my prize pig got loose at the fair.
