Doosan Bears vs Which Team is Stronger? Match Analysis

Well, let me tell ya somethin’ about these Doosan Bears, ya know? They play baseball, that’s what they do. Lots of games, win some, lose some, just like life, ain’t it? I hear tell they been smackin’ the ball around pretty good sometimes.

Doosan Bears be playin’ all sorts of teams, I reckon. Heard of them Kiwoom Heroes? Yep, them Bears tangled with them Heroes on September 16th. Don’t know who won, mind you, but they played. That’s what matters, I guess.

Now, there’s this Flashscore place, they keep track of all the scores and such. Says the Bears win some, lose some. They got scores and partial results, whatever that means. Sounds fancy, but it’s just baseball, plain and simple. You hit the ball, you run, you catch the ball. Not rocket science, is it?

• They play the KIA Tigers sometimes.
• Heard they played the Hanwha Eagles too, on September 3rd, or maybe it was the 9th, hard to keep track of these things.
• And those Lotte Giants, they’re in the mix too. Bears win some against them, lose some too. Fifty-fifty, like flippin’ a coin, see?

This Sofascore thing, it tells ya about the games too. Head-to-head they call it. Who beat who, and by how much, I s’pose. They got all sorts of numbers, runs and such. Bears scored a whole bunch of runs one time, 1129 they say. That’s a lot of runnin’, I tell ya. And they win more than they lose against them Tigers, 133 wins to 85. That’s pretty good, I reckon.

Then there’s these fellas, Doc’s, they make predictions. Like they know who’s gonna win before the game even starts. Hmph, if they’re so smart, why ain’t they rich? Baseball’s a funny game, anything can happen. One day you’re hittin’ home runs, the next day you can’t hit nothin’. That’s just how it is.

They played the SSG Landers on July 28th, down in Incheon-Munhak, wherever that is. Must be a big city, I guess. They got box scores and videos, they say. I ain’t got time for that, too busy watchin’ the chickens and feedin’ the pigs. But some folks like that stuff, keeps ’em entertained, I suppose.

And they played them Hanwha Eagles again, back in April. Lots of games, these Bears play a lot of games. Must be tirin’, runnin’ around all day. But they get paid for it, I hear. Good money, too. More than I ever made, that’s for sure.

At the end of the day, it’s just a game, right? Nothin’ to get too worked up about. Win or lose, the sun still comes up tomorrow. That’s what my old pappy used to say, God rest his soul. And he was a smart man, even if he didn’t know nothin’ about baseball.
