• Fatui Skirmishers: These are your best bet. Big fellas, carryin’ all sorts of weapons. But they gotta be level 60 or higher to drop the good stuff, you hear? The younger ones, they just got Recruit’s stuff, ain’t worth much.
• Cicin Mages: Them ladies with the bugs? Yeah, they drop ’em too, but not as often. Sneaky little things they are.
• Mirror Maidens: These water ladies are another option. But again, not as good as the Skirmishers. They spend more time dancin’ than fightin’ half the time.

So, if you want them Lieutenant’s Insignias fast, you go after them Skirmishers. That’s what I do. Find a place where they hang out and beat ’em up. Rinse and repeat, that’s the way.

Trackin’ Them Down

Now, the game’s got this book, the Adventurer Handbook. Use it! It’ll tell you where to find these enemies. Saves you wanderin’ around like a lost calf.

I ain’t got time for wanderin’. I got characters to level up and monsters to smack. So, I open up that book, find the Skirmishers, and go get ’em.

Why You Need ‘Em

Well, like I said, they make your characters and weapons stronger. You wanna hit harder? You wanna take less damage? You need these insignias. It’s just how the game works.

It’s like puttin’ good fertilizer on your crops, makes ’em grow big and strong. Same thing with these insignias. They make your characters grow big and strong.

So, don’t be lazy. Go out there, fight them Fatui, and get them Lieutenant’s Insignias. Your characters will thank ya.

Farm Them Skirmishers, That’s the Key!

But if you wanna get them Lieutenant’s Insignias, you gotta put in the work. Find them Fatui Skirmisher spots, and farm ’em. Fight ’em over and over again. That’s how you get a whole pile of those shiny badges. And then you can make your characters as strong as an ox!

Some folks say it’s borin’, but I don’t think so. It’s like churnin’ butter. You keep at it, and eventually, you got somethin’ good. And in this case, you got strong characters ready to take on anythin’.
