Is Pam Oliver Drunk During Games?(Twitter Explodes With Funny Comments)

This here story about that Pam Oliver, you know, the one always on the TV during them football games. Well, folks been saying all sorts of things, like she was drunk during one of them games. Now, I ain’t one to gossip, but I seen it with my own two eyes, and it did make a body wonder.

It was that game, you know, the one on Christmas Day. That Pam, she was talking all funny. Like her words were stuck together or something. Folks online, they were going on and on about it. Said she looked a mess. Said she must have had too much of that Christmas cheer, if you catch my drift.

Now, I ain’t saying she was, and I ain’t saying she wasn’t. But it sure did look like she was having a rough time. Slurring her words and whatnot. It’s a shame, really. She’s been doing that football reporting for a long time, that Pam Oliver. Since way back in, what was it, ’95? Yep, 1995. That’s a long time to be yelling about football on the TV.

They say she makes a lot of money too, that Pam Oliver. Millions, I hear. Two million, maybe more. Imagine that! Two million dollars just for talking about football. Well, I guess it ain’t that easy, standing out there in the cold and all. And having to deal with all them rowdy football players. Still, two million! That’s a lot of chicken feed.

Some folks are saying she wasn’t drunk though, maybe it’s just not feeling well or some sickness that day. Saying she was just feeling poorly. Sick, maybe. Like that time I had that bad stomach bug and couldn’t hardly talk straight. Poor thing, if that’s the case. It’s hard to do your job when you’re feeling under the weather. Especially when you’re on the TV for all the world to see. And that Christmas Day game, everyone was watching.

I reckon we all have our bad days. Even them fancy TV folks like Pam Oliver. Maybe she was drunk, maybe she wasn’t. Maybe she was just sick. Or maybe she was just tired. It’s hard work, being on the TV all the time. And having to talk about football, even when you don’t feel like it. She always there on that sideline. Rain or shine.

  • She’s been working for Fox since 1995
  • People said she was drunk on Christmas Day
  • Maybe she was sick, not drunk
  • She makes a lot of money, that Pam Oliver
  • It was that game with the Falcons that got people talking

That game, the one they said she was drunk during, it was that Falcons game, I believe. Or maybe it was the Cowboys. Or the Dolphins? Land sakes, they all run together after a while. But it was definitely on Christmas Day. And she definitely didn’t look right. Bless her heart.

I remember one time, I had a little too much of that homemade apple cider. And I was talking all kinds of nonsense. My head was spinning like a top. Maybe that’s what happened to Pam Oliver. Maybe she had a little too much Christmas cheer. Or maybe it was that sickness. Or just too much football on Christmas day.

She’s the best one they got, though, that Pam Oliver. Been doing it longer than anyone. They call her the longest-tenured sideline reporter. That’s a fancy way of saying she’s been doing it the longest. And she knows her football, that’s for sure.

So, was Pam Oliver drunk? Well, I don’t know for sure. But it sure did look like something was wrong. Maybe she was, maybe she wasn’t. But one thing’s for sure, she’s a tough old bird. And she’ll be back on that sideline, talking about football, before you know it. You just wait and see. She sure is good at her job, even if folks say she was drunk that day. She’ll be back. Pam Oliver always comes back.

Anyway, that’s all I got to say about that Pam Oliver and the drunk story. Hope she’s feeling better, whatever it was. She’s a good egg, that one. Even if she maybe had a little too much to drink that one time on the Christmas Day game. Or maybe not, maybe it was that sickness. We’ll never know, I guess. But she’s still the best darn sideline reporter they got. And she’s been there since 1995. Pam Oliver, she’s a trooper.
