Josh Harriss Miami Real Estate: Exploring His Waterfront Property

Alright, let’s talk about this Josh Harris fella and his Miami home, or whatever they call it, a “luxury waterfront property”, sounds fancy, huh? I tell ya, these rich folks and their big houses, it’s somethin’ else. Don’t know much about “billionaire investment ace” or whatever, sounds like he’s got a lot of money, good for him, I guess.

So, this Josh guy, he quit his job at some big company, Apollo Global Management, they say. Maybe he got tired of workin’, or maybe he just wanted to spend more time in that big Miami house. Can’t blame him, Miami’s got sunshine and beaches, right? Not like here where it’s cold half the year.

Now, they talk about “waterfront luxury” homes in Miami. Waterfront, that means it’s right by the water, makes sense. And luxury, well, that just means it’s real nice and expensive, I reckon. Probably got fancy things inside, like them big TVs and shiny countertops. I seen some of them on TV once, all sparkly and clean.

Zillow, whatever that is, says there’s a bunch of these fancy houses for sale in Miami. Thousands of ’em! Can you believe it? Who’s buyin’ all these houses? Must be more rich folks like this Josh guy. They show pictures too, these “listing photos,” big rooms, swimming pools, palm trees everywhere. Makes my little house look like a shed, but hey, it’s home.

I heard tell Miami’s expensive, not just the houses, but everything. Food, gas, even just goin’ to the store. Guess if you got money like Josh, it don’t matter much. He probably don’t even look at the price tags, just buys whatever he wants.

This Josh guy, he probably ain’t from around here, that’s for sure. These big city folks, they live in a whole different world. We got our gardens and our chickens, they got their fancy houses and their expensive cars. Different strokes for different folks, I always say.

I wonder what he does all day in that big house? Probably sits around, watches TV, maybe swims in the pool. Maybe he has people to cook and clean for him, wouldn’t surprise me none. Must be nice to have all that money, but sometimes I think it might be lonely too. All that space, just for one or two people.

They talk about “sales history” too. That means how much the houses sold for before, I figure. Probably millions and millions of dollars. Can’t even wrap my head around that kind of money. Makes my head spin just thinkin’ about it.

Miami waterfront homes, that’s what they call ’em. Sounds like a dream place to live, if you’re rich. Sun, water, fancy houses…what more could you want? Me? I’m happy right here, where I am. Got my family, got my friends, got my garden. That’s enough for me.

But it’s interestin’ to hear about how these other folks live, ain’t it? Makes you think about what’s important in life. Money’s nice, I’m sure, but it ain’t everything. Family, friends, community, that’s what really matters, at least to this old woman.

So, good luck to Josh Harris in his Miami home, or whatever they call it, “Waterfront luxury property”. Hope he enjoys it. Me, I’ll stick to my little place, thank you very much. It ain’t fancy, but it’s home, and that’s all that matters.

And all this talk about “investment ace” and “Apollo Global Management”, well, that’s just a bunch of fancy words to me. He’s got money, he bought a big house, end of story. No need to make it more complicated than that.

So, yeah, Miami, waterfront homes, rich folks… it’s a whole different world, but it’s part of the world we live in. And that’s all I got to say about that.
