Where Does Howie Long Live Now? His Current House and More

Alright, so ya wanna know where that Howie Long fella lives, huh? Well, lemme tell ya, it ain’t no big secret, but it ain’t somethin’ everyone knows neither. I heard folks sayin’ he’s got a few places, like one of them fancy lake houses up in Montana. Montana, can ya believe it? All them mountains and trees, must be nice for a rich fella like him.

But mostly, they say he’s down in Charlottesville, Virginia. Yeah, Virginia. Been there myself once, long time ago. Pretty place, but awful hot in the summer, I tell ya. He lives there with his wife, Diane. They been hitched for a long, long time, like forty years or somethin’. Good for them, I say. Not many folks stay together that long these days.

Heard tell he’s got a big ol’ house there. Not surprised, mind you. That fella, he played football, you know? One of them Hall of Fame guys. Made a lotta money doin’ that, and then he went on TV, talkin’ ‘bout football. So yeah, he’s got the money for a big house. Folks even say you can find his house on somethin’ called Google Maps. Fancy stuff, that internet.

Now, some folks like to gossip, ya know? They say all sorts of things. I even heard someone sayin’ he lived in a van down by the river! Can you imagine? A rich fella like Howie Long livin’ in a van? That’s just silly talk, I tell ya. He lives in a real house, in a real town. Ivy, they call it. It’s just a little ways from Charlottesville, like two miles or so. Someone even said they lived on the same street as him!

So, to make it plain and simple, if ya wanna find Howie Long, ya gotta go to Virginia. Charlottesville, to be exact. He’s got a nice place there, and he’s been livin’ there for a good while now. He’s a family man, got three sons and even some grandkids. That’s what I heard, anyway. Seems like he’s doin’ alright for himself.

But from what I gather, he’s a good man, a family man, and he’s livin’ the good life down there in Virginia. And if ya happen to see his house on that Google Maps thing, well, good for you. Just don’t go botherin’ the man, ya hear? He deserves his privacy, just like the rest of us.

Born in Somerville, Massachusetts but grew up in Charlestown. He was born January 6, 1960 so he’s getting up there in years, that Howie. He’s made a lot of money, they say around $16 million. That’s a lot of scratch! I tell you, these football fellas make a pretty penny.

They also say he went to Villanova. That is up north somewheres, I believe. Met his wife there. Seems like a good fella, staying with the same woman all these years. Like I said, not many folks do that anymore. He was a defensive end they tell me. That means he was big and strong and good at knocking people down. Probably why he has so much money, all those years of football and then on TV. Good for him I guess.
